Keto Air Fried Fish & Loaded Broccoli

My new air fryer is my BEST FRIEND during these hot summer months!
Hey ever have a taste for some really crispy but yummy fish but want to still keep it keto? Welll you need to get you a air fryer TODAY!
I made this super yummy fish and I didn’t think it would turn out sooooo good looking and my husband approved because I am currently doing a smoothie challenge so - no fish for me lol but I’ve made this breading before and fried it traditionally so I know it’s great!

Simply BOMB DOT COM!!!
You can use any kind of fish fillet you choose and this method is even good for chicken too !!
1.Fish Breading:
▪️1/4 cup Almond flour
▪️1/4 cup nutritional yeast
▪️Salt and pepper to taste
▪️1 tsp Blackened seasoning
-season meat as desired,Dip in egg wash then coat-

2.Loaded broccoli:
▪️3 stalks fresh broccoli (chopped)
▪️1 cup coby jack cheese (shredded)
▪️1 tbsp butter
▪️1/4 cup heavy cream or plain unsweetened dairy free milk
▪️Uncured bacon bits
*optional- red pepper flakes.

📍Cooked fish in air fryer on 400 degrees for 20 mins
📍sauté broccoli in butter until tender and golden, add cream/milk, cheese,salt/pepper and stir until cheese melts then top with uncured bacon bits and serve. Enjoy!❤️
